3rd Line Support Engineer

Are you an IT wizard with a passion for providing top-notch end-user support? We're seeking a talented 3rd Line Support Engineer to join a thriving InsurTech based in Central London.

Hybrid working (3 days per week on site) paying £50-55k per annum + benefits.

Key Tasks:
Laptop builds and repairs (inTune AutoPilot)
Mobile device management (iPhone and MDM)
Azure Virtual Desktop support and image deployment
General SharePoint tasks and user support
Teams phone number management and more!

Competence Profile:
✓ Proven expertise in inTune AutoPilot and AVD management
✓ Strong MDM skills (inTune and Jamf)
✓ Windows and third-party patching guru
✓ Active Directory and M365 wizard
✓ Excellent time management and communication skills
