An exciting opportunity to join a growing InsurTech working as a pivotal member of a dynamic team. 

The organisation is looking for a Project Manager who thoroughly enjoys solving problems and working with cross-functional teams. 

The Project Manager will be a pivotal member of the team and will be responsible for delivering several exciting transformation projects, while also helping to set up the PMO function!

About the role:

  • Working closely with the Actuarial teams to deliver transformation projects 
  • Managing internal and external stakeholder expectations
  • Risk identification 
  • Assisting in setting up PMO function within the organisation 
  • Manage regular operational processes, create plans, tracking against set deadlines, and report against key matrices

Skills and Experience

  • Experience delivering Transformation Projects across the insurance or financial services industry
  • Understanding of Insurance/Actuarial practices 
  • Ability to self motivate and thrive in an autonomous environment 
  • Positive attitude with a continuous improvement mindset
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask
