As an Agency Manager you will be working closely with the Head of Performance Management, and will lead the newly created agency management team.
Duties include:
-Efficiently oversee the entire broker life-cycle across functional teams.
-Ensure a seamless and effective process for broker on-boarding, monitoring, and reporting.
-Proactively identify opportunities for process enhancement, streamlining, and automation.
-Provide vital support for Binder On-boarding/Renewals across all capacity providersAnd much more.
This opportunity is perfect for someone who has had experience in a broker/ client facing environment and has a strong technical understanding of the end to end broker life-cycle
