Agency Manager

We are pleased to be partnering with a leading insurer to support the hire of an Agency Manager to lead a newly created team in London.

As an Agency Manager you will be working closely with the Head of Performance Management and the Commercial Director, with direct line management responsibility for one team member.

You will be engaging and managing multiple stakeholders relationships and be motivated to drive and implement change across the agency model piece.

There will be the opportunity for you to be involved in various projects; including leading on the implementation and onboarding of a new broker system.

Duties include:

• Efficiently oversee the entire broker life-cycle across functional teams
• Ensure a seamless and effective process for broker on-boarding, rolling out TOBA’s, monitoring, and reporting
• Proactively identify opportunities for process enhancement, streamlining, and automation
• Provide vital support for Binder On-boarding/Renewals across all capacity providers

To be considered for this role it is essential you have experience within a company that has a strong agency base and understand the nuances of independent and national brokers gained in a retail or MGA environment.

This opportunity is perfect for someone who has had experience in a broker/client facing environment and has a strong technical understanding of the end to end broker life-cycle.
