A rapidly growing Lloyd’s syndicate are growing and looking for an Application Support Analyst to join the team to oversee the support of their applications and systems across Underwriting and Claims with scope to take ownership and become the SME of the bespoke applications they are building in house.

Essential skills of the Application Support Analyst:

  • Experience working within Insurance
  • Familiar with supporting Insurance specific applications (Policy Admin Systems, Claims Systems, Pricing Systems etc)
  • Ability to turn your hand to basic Infrastructure tasks where required
  • Willing to learn new technologies

Desirable skills of the Application Support Analyst:

  • Good stakeholder management skills
  • Experience supporting bespoke applications
