Arthur is partnered with a Lloyds Managing Agent who have an inhouse MGA to hire an Assistant Underwriting Manager.
You will support the Underwriting Manager with all stakeholder management relating to control framework across various environments in regional offices along with analysing and reporting on underwriting performance.
This role will work across several key areas including; Business Planning, Underwriting Management and Operations and wider business.
We are looking to speak with candidates who currently sit within an Underwriting Analyst or Underwriting Operations role and have a strong understanding of the insurance market from either a Coverholder or Lloyd's background. Strong communication skills are essential with the ability to explain and simplify information to different departments.
