You'll be joining a team that has developed a collaborative and close-knit environment and are keen to retain this culture as they expand.
What you’ll be doing;
Leading the syndicate’s delegated bordereaux process across various classes of business, using internal and market tools
Driving the bordereaux team towards excellence, ensuring contract profiles are always up-to-date to meet the syndicate’s and Lloyd's requirements
Providing feedback to external and internal stakeholders, ensuring precision and speed in data delivery and addressing any underwriting control issues.
Empowering the team through bordereaux and data training, facilitating seamless on-boarding for new members.
Delivering reports for both internal and external stakeholders, covering critical areas like Solvency II, Conduct Risk, and FCA compliance
Collaborating closely with the Group Head of Delegated Underwriting to enhance and develop future reporting and dashboards and data initiatives.
To be considered for the role you must have;
Strong knowledge of at least one bordereaux management tool; Vipr, BDX, DDM
Sound understanding of premium and risk reporting
Previous management experience or the desire to manage
Demonstrable knowledge of Lloyd’s requirements around delegated underwriting
Experience producing reports and carrying out analysis using Qlikview or Power BI
