Broker Technician

Arthur is partnered with a Global Insurer who is hiring a Broker Technician to join their team in London. This position will give you broad exposure as you will be providing support to multiple classes of business. 

In this role you will be responsible for delivering a full range of support services internally alongside managing relationships with all external partners, therefore excellent interpersonal and communication skills are key. Day to day your role will include:

• Processing any claims transactions
• Updating and maintaining data on the internal broking system
• Liaising with underwriters and any external parties  
• Facilitating the production of technical transactions
• Supporting the team with all new business development activities

We are looking to speak with candidates that have some previous insurance experience either from a broking or underwriting support role that are keen to develop their career within operations. Good technical knowledge of Xchanging systems and excel is required.
