An opportunity for a Business Analyst to join a well-established Lloyd's Syndicate within the Change Management function.
You will be working closely with the business and various project teams to identify areas of improvement across the business, and implement change using continuous improvement methodologies. This will include delivering on various process improvement and re-engineering projects.
The successful candidate will have the following experience:
- Working knowledge of the Lloyd's/London Market as a Business Analyst
- Extensive experience delivering on process improvement projects
- Waterfall and Agile framework methodology, working part of a scrum
- Lean Six Sigma qualification is a nice to have
