An exciting opportunity to join a dynamic Change Delivery team for an international (re)insurance company.
As the Business Analyst you would have the chance to work with cross functional teams across the global business to analyse and define business processes across both IT and business change functions.
About the role:
Liaise with stakeholders across the business to gather requirements and help to identify business needs
Analyse and optimise business processes
Conduct workshops, interview, and job shadowing exercises
Work closely with technical and business teams to design and implement solutions
Create comprehensive reports identifying areas for improvement
Work with various project teams to assure unified transition of projects to BAU teams
Write testing strategies, testing scripts, UAT procedures, and conduct system testing
Skills and Experience:
London Market Insurance experience
Experience working with process improvement
Strong stakeholder management experience
Insurance qualifications, such as CII, are highly favourable
Team player
