A Lloyd’s Syndicate are looking for a Business Analyst to come on board and help them with the implementation of a TOM (Target Operating Model) within Claims.

This Business Analyst will have experience working in the London Market and familiar with the likes of “As-is”, “To-be” and TOM.

Required skills for the Business Analyst:

• Experience working in an Agile environment
• Experience in the Lloyd’s/London Market
• Good stakeholder management skills
• Experience with TOM
• Any experience on Claims projects and specific knowledge around LIMRA would be desirable
