Arthur has partnered with a leading insurance company in their search for an experienced Catastrophe Modelling Analysts to join the London team. As part of the dedicated Exposure Management team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Underwriting teams by providing detailed analysis and modelling to facilitate effective business decision-making. Your expertise will enable them to make informed decisions regarding risk management, portfolio optimisation, and underwriting opportunities. You will also play a key role in producing accurate data for portfolio roll-up processes, internal reporting, regulatory compliance, and post-event analysis. In addition, you will have the opportunity to support the training of junior analysts and collaborate with outsourcing partners.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Underwriting teams to lead the quoting and aggregation service for assigned classes, ensuring accurate and consistent roll up processes.
- Record and maintain policy and exposure information in accumulation systems, ensuring data quality and integrity.
- Contribute to exposure management projects and assist the team with project-related tasks.
- Utilise third-party catastrophe models and tools, such as AIR, to assess and model risks before underwriting decisions are made.
- Take ownership of complex accounts and respond to outsourcing partners' queries regarding cleansing assumptions for aggregation and modelling.
- Generate validated model outputs for internal and external regulatory submissions, including RDS, LCM, Aggregate Monitoring, Outwards RI submissions, ERM Reporting.
- Develop a deep understanding of classes modelled in RMS and AIR and leverage catastrophe models effectively.
