Claims Broker Technician

Arthur has partnered with a reputable Broker in the London market who are looking to grow their Claims function with this new hire.
Our client is going through a big future growth plan having doubled in size over the past few years.

You will be reporting into the Head of Claims acting as the lead claims broker on large complex Property, Casualty, Cyber, D&O.

Looking to speak with claims professionals, from either a broking or adjusting background, to manage large contracts emanating from the US and across International territories.

• Analyse/evaluate and process excess of loss, proportional and facultative claims according to contract terms and guidelines, and established company processes.
• Maintain follow-up records and review claim files to expedite the reporting of developments according to contract reporting guidelines.
• Timely performance of technical functions, drawing on technical experience and internal resources to meet department objectives and expectations, according to SLA’s.
• Knowledge of the London Market Claims processes, good understanding of infrastructure including Class ECF
• Either open market or binder business is essential for this role.
