Entry Level - Exposure Analyst

We have partnered with a Leading Lloyd's Insurance Group on the search for a Junior Exposure Analyst. This is an entry-level position for a recent graduate looking to enter the Exposure Management Insurance market. 

Within the role you will work closely with the Property and Specialty Exposure Management Modelling teams and have collaboration with other departments. Your role will involve monitoring aggregate exposures, developing scenarios for emerging risks, and providing analysis of catastrophe events. 

Your responsibilities will include: 

• Assisting in the production of regulatory returns.
• Helping to inform the View of Risk.
• Assisting in event response.
• Supporting team in automation and streamlining of processes.

The ideal candidate will have: 

• A degree in Geography, Earth Sciences, Mathematics or a similar discipline.
• Strong technical skills (Excel, GIS, VBA, R, Python etc)
• An interest in the Insurance industry and understanding of Catastrophe Modelling processes.
