ERM and Compliance Analyst

Having worked with this company many times last year, I am pleased to be helping them in their search for an ERM and Compliance Analyst to join their growing team. In this role, you will work with the ERM Manager & Compliance Officer to promote a strong risk culture across the business. You will be responsible for developing the risk and compliance frameworks, conducting deep dives and testing risk and compliance controls. Other responsibilities will include collating information from across the business for internal regulatory reports and joining the wider team in risk and compliance reviews as well as challenging operational risk assessments.
