Arthur have partnered with a Global leading Re Insurer in the search for a Exposure Management Analyst to join their London team.

In this role, you will have a focus on Non Natural Perils and will support the effective assessment and management of catastrophe risks,  including assisting in the production of key reporting deliverable's for both internal and external stakeholders. 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Help produce regular internal and external reports, including accumulation risk packs and other ad hoc reports.
  • Assist in gathering and understanding reported data from various business functions.
  • Contribute to the development of the risk management by understanding new risks and creating disaster scenarios.
  • Provide support throughout the year in areas like business planning, event response, and risk research.
  • Ensure data accuracy and completeness for reporting and analytics.
  • Support Exposure Management Leads and the Group Chief Risk Officer.

The ideal candidate: 

  • Background in a technical, analytical, or related subject is beneficial.
  • Proficient user of MS Excel, with experience in programming languages.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Good time management skills.
  • Interest in in the key principles and complexities of catastrophe insurance, loss modelling, and risk aggregation.
