Head of Product (Insurance)

A world leading and exciting insurance broking business is expanding their UK & European Technology function and as a result are seeking a Head of Product.

This is a newly created role, reporting to the CIO and will be responsible for helping shape the digital strategy for the business. Objectives of the team will be focused on M&A and the build of a new retail insurance broker.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building a product capability as well as working with the senior leadership team to address the company strategy and support with the required technology and change deliveries. This role would suit someone either working in a product role now or in a Senior Business Analyst position and wanting to make a step up.

Essential experience:

• Previous insurance market experience - broking is highly advantageous
• Agile experience (SAFe or similar)
• Experience of using Acturis or similar policy administration platforms
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to face of to and present to daily
