With international operations spanning London and Bermuda, they specialise in reinsurance, Lloyds main market, and MGA services across diverse business domains.

Key Responsibilities:
As the Head of Wordings, you will be at the helm of establishing and nurturing a high-performing team that will serve as the driving force behind all insurance-related activities. Your role will involve collaborating closely with various departments, including underwriters, claims, marketing, pricing, legal, and compliance.
Take a look at your key responsibilities:

• Develop and lead a dynamic wordings team, acting as a central pillar for insurance operations.
• Provide oversight and review for all new and existing business initiatives.
• Work closely with underwriters in client meetings, actively contributing to the creation of commercial frameworks for different business lines.
• Ensure risk integrity across agreements and future insurance contracts.
• Assume responsibility for wordings matters across all subsidiary companies within the group.

Required Experience:
To excel in this exceptional role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• Qualified solicitor (UK) or ACII, CII certified with extensive insurance expertise.
• Demonstrable experience in the Lloyd's or insurance/reinsurance market.
• Strong technical advisory skills, providing guidance to underwriters on insurance and claims issues pertaining to wordings and associated laws, encompassing regulatory and statutory aspects.
