Insurance Risk Senior Analyst

Arthur is excited to collaborate with a Global Insurer in their search for a Senior Insurance Risk Analyst to join their dynamic risk function, currently undergoing an exciting growth phase.

In this role, you'll work closely with an experienced, impressive senior management team and Chief Risk Officer, offering the opportunity to enhance your Insurance Risk expertise within the firm's syndicate entity.

The roles offers great exposure and a wide remit through collaborating with stakeholders across Pricing, Exposure Management, Underwriting, Outwards Reinsurance, and other business areas to contribute to the development of a robust risk management framework.

Key Responsibilities:

• Foster strong stakeholder relationships.
• Conduct independent analyses to provide fresh insights into exposures and performance.
• Support in-depth risk assessments across various areas of the business.
• Assist in risk management activities, including risk identification, monitoring, reporting, and implementing effective control measures.
• Champion a culture of risk awareness.

Qualifications:

• Strong experience in London or Lloyds Market insurance.
• Several years of risk management experience, preferably in investments, financial risk, or quantitative analysis.
• A degree in a numerical, statistics, or mathematics-related field.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
