Arthur is delighted to be partnered with a leading Insurance Broker on this exciting new Legal Counsel position within their Commercial Legal team.
The role will focus primarily on insurance based contracts and Regulatory requirements, including TOBA's, NDA's, Broking Agreements, Distribution Agreements and Delegated Authority Agreements.
The role reports to a Senior Counsel for EMEA who is vastly experienced and there is exciting progression opportunities within the business.
Candidates must be a qualified lawyer, ideally 1-3 years PQE with a broad knowledge of the insurance industry and FCA regulations.
