Operational Network Engineer - £90,000 - Hybrid (London)
 

A market leading insurance company based in central London are looking for a Senior Network Engineer to join their team. This role is paying £90,000 per annum plus benefits, with hybrid working.
 
You will take responsibility for the day-to-day operations of networking across the business, including identifying and delivering opportunities for continual service improvement across end user devices.
 
Key responsibilities:

• Identify and deliver opportunities for continual service improvement across the organisation's networks, firewall, and telephony services
• Operating, maintaining and monitoring the global networks and telephony infrastructure
• Supporting ITIL processes such as incident, change management and problem management
• Managing 3rd party relationships to ensure suppliers are meeting and exceeding their SLAs
• Completing regular internal system audits and controls activities

 
Required skills:

• Demonstrable troubleshooting and problem solving skills
• Extensive experience managing network infrastructure, WAN technologies, Cloud infrastructure and network security
• Experience of managing outsourced IT services providersHigh level of knowledge of Cisco Networking, Routing and Switching, SD-WAN, VMWare, Network Monitoring & Alerting, Network Traffic Analysis and Security products.
