Operations Technician - Binding Authority Management

Arthur have the exciting opportunity of working with a leading syndicate, who are looking to hire a Operations Technician - Binding Authority Management. 

As a Operations Technician you will be reporting to the Binding Authority Services Manager, are you will be responsible in conjunction with the binding authority services manager and overall binding authority operations manager, for ensuring that all service level agreements are being met and that all data is being recorded. You will also be responsible for the production of data mapping, bordereaux uploads, data exctract runs smoothly into the data warehouse. 

Responsibilities include: 
- assisting in ensuring that all in scope binders are notified to the service provider. Thereafter ensuring the service provider has set the binders up within agrees SLA's 
- Assisting in monitoring the mapping review and sign off function on a divisional basis ensuring that all binders pass mapping quality control checks 
- Working with outsource provider, facilitating where appropriate, the timely receipt and upload of all bordereaux for in scope binders.
- Act as a point of reference to assist in query resolution and to resolve bordereaux provision issues.
