Portfolio Pricing Analyst

We are working with a global insurer who are looking for a portfolio actuary to join their team in London. This position reports into the Portfolio Actuary and will focus on the end-to-end pricing process for Lloyd’s business with main responsibilities including: 

• Build, Review, update and maintain new and existing pricing models 
• Liaising with underwriters to collaborate on best practise for the pricing models 
• Pricing and Underwriting reporting 

• Assist with complying to Lloyd’s standards across the business 

Desirable skills and experience:  

• Tangible actuarial experience in UK General Insurance, ideally within a Lloyd’s environment  
• Making progress with the actuarial exams  
• Strong exposure to one of the actuarial functions, ideally pricing  

• Knowledge of Radar or Igloo would be highly beneficial  

Salary is up to £60k, depending on experience, with a competitive package. The team currently goes into the office 2 – 3 days a week and would like the successful individual to join them on those days.
