A leading Lloyd's Syndicate is looking for a Principal Business Analyst to join the UK Retail function based in York or Colchester. This will be reporting directly into the Head of Change and you will be responsible for managing a team of 8 Business Analysts. There are various change projects you will be involved with including process improvement, implementation of E-Trading strategies and platforms, helping to mature the digital journey. The business and role itself will be focusing on continuous improvement working within an Agile framework.
Responsibilities:
- Defining E-Trade strategy
- Continuous improvement across the business
- Be business facing as well as working closely with IT teams
- Working within an Agile framework
- Manage a team of 8 Business Analyst across 2 regions
The successful candidate will have the following experience:
- General Insurance, Lloyd's/London Market or Financial Services background
- Proven experience delivering on continuous improvement, process improvement and change transformation projects
- Strong leadership skills, experience managing/mentoring a team of other analysts
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, works well with Business and Technology teams
- Experience working within an Agile environment
