A leading and fast growing Lloyd’s Broker, are looking for a Programme Manager to lead their Digital Transformation initiative across the global business.

Reporting in to the group Head of Transformation you will be responsible for delivering a digital transformation programme that will span across claims and trading. Multiple projects sit below this and include process improvement, organisational change, data and digital solutions.

This is an excellent opportunity to join one of the markets fastest growing and exciting Brokers at a crucial time in their history. Furthermore, you will have the ability to hire and develop a matrixed team of project professionals to support business change activities across the group.

Key experience required:

  • An experienced Programme Manager with full end to end programme delivery experience (using multiple methodologies; Agile, Waterfall etc)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, comfortable and credible at senior level, including the ExCO. Active listener, with high levels of integrity & openness
  • Lloyd's/London Market insurance market experience is essential for this role
