An opportunity to join a reputable insurance group, operating in the Lloyd's London Market as an IT Change Project Manager.
The IT Change Project Manager will be responsible for managing a number of projects across the IT Change Portfolio.
The successful candidate will have experience managing budgets and delivering end-to-end projects. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to liaise with technical teams are essential for this role and experience in the insurance industry is highly favourable.
This is a flexible hybrid role with the option to work 1-2 days in the office.
Skills and Experience
Proven track record of delivering end-to-end projects using both waterfall and agile methodologies
Ability to work with technical teams
Demonstrated experience managing third-party vendors in project delivery
Skilled in managing multi-million pound budgets and multiple work streams simultaneously
Strong decision-making ability and a great team player
Strong communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation abilities.
About the role:
Achieve project goals by delivering quality projects on time and within budget
Plan project activities in alignment with business objectives, requirements, priorities, and testing
Handle budget management and reporting within projects
Monitor and manage project progress
Assist the Business Analyst team in their requirements gathering and documentation
Maintain relationships with key stakeholders at all levels
Ensure project documentation is maintained and standards are upheld
Provide regular status reports and updates to key stakeholders and steering groups through written and in-person communication.
Collaborate with your team of other Project Managers and PMOs
