A great opportunity to join a global broking specialist as a Project Manager, reporting directly to the Head of Change.

As the Project Manager will have the opportunity to show off your London Market Insurance knowledge and will be able to contribute to a wide range of exciting projects across a global portfolio.

About the role:

  • Delivery end-to-end projects across the global company
  • Define project scope, deliverables and time frames
  • Cultivate and sustain stakeholder relationships with both internal and external business leads.
  • Deliver complex projects within given time lines and budgets
  • Create and uphold project documentation in accordance with the Project Delivery Framework
  • Lead meetings and presentations with internal and external

Skills and Experience:

  • Lloyd’s of London Insurance experience is required (MGA or Broker)
  • Insurance qualifications, such as CII, are highly favourable
  • Ability to negotiate with C-suite level stakeholders
  • Experience delivering projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies
  • Ability to demonstrate strong technical Business Analyst/Project Management skills
  • Experience working with globally dispersed teams
  • Ability to work in a highly autonomous environment and remain self-motivated and enthusiastic

Hybrid working model: 1-2 days in the office per week
