Project Manager / Scrum Master

An exciting opportunity to join a leading global (re)insurance MGA as an Agile Project Manager/Scrum Master.

This role will focus on various projects across existing insurance products. In addition to acting as the Scrum Master for the team, you will also manage the RAID Logs, budgets, stakeholders and overall outputs/outcomes as necessary.

About the role:

• Liaise with relevant internal stakeholders to assure Product roadmaps are up to company standards
• Facilitate all scrum events to ensure optimum productivity
• Manage project status, RAID logs and budgets and provide comprehensive reports to relevant management teams
• Guarantee the Scrum Team meets its commitments by holding them responsible for their work, and proactively addressing any external or internal obstacles that could impede their progress.
• Assure the team is adhering to relevant project governance system
• Promote a collaborative and empowering environment to cultivate high-performing teams

Skills and experience:

• Certified Scrum Master
• London Market Experience is necessary 
• Experience working with Agile Project Management tools such as Jira
• Proven experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the business
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to communicate complex information in a palatable manner
