Arthur Recruitment is one of the leading insurance recruitment companies in the Lloyd’s of London market. Due the success of our Enterprise Risk Management team, we are looking to hire a Recruitment Consultant.

You would be joining a team and a company that has had a tremendous amount of success over the past 24 months and become one of the go-to teams in the risk management space. Responsibilities

  • Client relationship management
  • Candidate attraction and network development
  • Recruitment project and process management
  • Contingent, exclusive, and retained search methods

Skillsets

  • Prior recruitment experience necessary, open to all sectors but prior experience within risk management, accountancy, audit, or compliance would be preferred
  • Passionate about delivering a first-class client and candidate experience
  • Strong relationship management and communication abilities
  • A desire to remain Full 360 of both client and candidate management
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Problem solving mentality
  • Motivated, resilient, and enthusiastic
