Arthur are currently aligned with a market leading specialty insurer on the appointment of a Ceded Reinsurance Technician. The role sits within a smaller more streamlined team, offering strong exposure, development and progression.
You will have responsibility for the complete administration process of outwards reinsurance contracts for reinsurance programmes purchased by the group.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a market leading team and gain varied experience across the reinsurance function. The role will see you handling a wide range of specialty classes, working across Treaty and FAC contracts, assisting with premium calculations, collections, monthly closes, audits as well as internal reporting.
The role offers fantastic market visibility as you'll be working closely with Brokers, Reinsurers, and a wide range of interdepartmental teams.
Prior Ceded Reinsurance experience and a sound understanding of the full end to end ceded re process is required for this position.
