Research Analyst

Arthur is delighted to be partnering with the largest global independent insurance group who are in search of a Research Analyst. 
 
The role offers the opportunity to support key data and research initiatives in collaboration with senior level stakeholders across underwriting, data, and consulting practices across the group. Furthermore, your research will be instrumental in providing insights that allow strategic decision making and influence the direction the firm takes. 
 
The Role:

• Determine growth potential and mapping the size of insurance markets globally
• Provide insights and reports to support business development and growth strategies though analysing market trends
• Develop and maintain market databases and forecast models
• Support business decisions through collaboration with other departments to provide market insights
• Highlight and identify risks to key stakeholders and ensuring mitigating action is in place

Your Skills, Experience and Qualifications:

• Market research and intelligence within an insurance firm or insights provider
• Strong quantitative and analytics skills, including modelling and statistical analysis 
• Proficiency in Power BI would be preferential but not essential 
• Knowledge of the regulatory landscape within the London Market
• Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail
