This is an exciting position to work in a start-up risk-bearing entity who have some exciting plans to grow in 2023, joining a business so early on in there journey is great to be involved in life-changing strategic decisions for the business.
They are supported by a large international specialty group in the US that will provide back-office support including actuarial. This Risk and Capital Lead will be responsible for developing the risk and capital framework and will support the business in working toward more efficient portfolio management.
