Senior Bordereaux Analyst

We are delighted to be working on an exclusive basis with a leading international insurer to recruit a Senior Bordereaux Analyst. This pivotal role is situated within the operations function and involves close collaboration with the delegated authority team, covering risk, premium, and claims bordereaux data.

Role Overview

As a key member of the team, you will:

• Provide essential support to the Bordereaux Manager and deputise in their absence.
• Take ownership of the outsourced processing function and act as the primary point of contact for queries.
• Lead and manage an ongoing project within the team.

While the focus will be less on the direct processing of bordereaux data, you will still play a crucial role during peak periods, such as month and quarter ends.

Key Responsibilities;

• Manage the bordereaux collection process and escalate issues to underwriters when necessary.
• Collaborate with Coverholders, Brokers, and Manager to resolve issues efficiently.
• Identify opportunities for data improvement in line with Lloyd’s standards and stay updated on reporting requirements.
• Produce bordereaux MI and other Binder/Bordereaux reports for internal stakeholders.

We are looking for detail-oriented, proactive individuals who are passionate about data quality and process improvement. While experience with bordereaux data is highly advantageous, we welcome applicants from other data-centric roles within the insurance market.
