Our client a Lloyd's Managing Agency have recently formed a Delegated Authorities Practice to encompass all areas that delegated business touches from underwriting through to analytics.  As a result of this newly formed area they are looking to hire a further Senior Delegated Authority Account Manager.

As part of the Delegated Authority Management team you will support the management and oversight of all aspects of delegated business. 

You will have exposure to coverholders, DCAs, line slips, consortia and master policies across almost every class of business, giving you the opportunity to use your due diligence knowledge to support the business.  

Key responsibilities will include;

  • Shape and enhance DA Management policies and processes, contributing to broad cross-team initiatives
  • Execute meticulous due diligence and audit procedures, ensuring adherence to risk and compliance frameworks
  • Foster understanding and adoption of internal delegated authority processes across various internal teams
  • Maintain accurate records of binding authority contracts, claims TPAs, and audit activities
  • Analyse Coverholder MI, providing valuable insights and trends to senior colleagues

You will need to have;

  • Proven experience in a Delegated Authority team
  • Ability to work independently 
  • Familiarity with due diligence processes for delegated authorities
  • Up-to-date knowledge of relevant regulatory developments
  • Proficient in Lloyd's DA systems; including DCOM
