We’re pleased to be working with a highly innovate and specialist Managing Agency who have built a fantastic brand in the market.  Due to continued success they are further growing their delegated team with the additional hire of a Senior Delegated Facilities Technician.

This is a key hire for the business where you will provide leadership and technical delegated expertise to support onboarding new portfolios to the Lloyd’s market, which will include Lloyd’s sponsorship.

Stakeholder engagement will be pivotal within this role as you will be collaborating with clients, brokers, and outsource providers, along with driving the continuous application of the Third Party Oversight Framework for clients.
 
Responsibilities include;

  • Directly engage with underwriters and clients to provide leadership, technical expertise, and guidance on all aspects of delegated facility portfolios
  • Carry out due diligence to ensure clients and their third-party delegated authority contracts (Consortia, Lineslips, and Master/Group Policies) are within risk appetite standards, meet consumer duty requirements and regulatory compliance
  • Manage bordereaux and process data to ensure timely and accurate reporting
  • Oversee audit management by scheduling annual audits for all lead third party contracts, processing audit reports and managing audit recommendations
  • Be a standing member of both the Delegated Oversight Group and Conduct Group
  • Collaborate with other internal teams including; Operations, Finance, Exposure Management, Claims, and Actuarial, to resolve day-to-day queries

It is essential you have in-depth experience of managing Lloyd’s coverholder sponsorship and its process, and are confident engaging with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
