Arthur is currently exclusively retained on an exciting opportunity with one of the fastest-growing, most disruptive insurance start-ups in London. After a period of significant growth, this business has an opportunity for an experienced Senior FP&A candidate to lead the Financial Planning and Analysis team. You will be responsible for building out and improving the FP&A function using BI tools, and will have both advanced modelling skills as well as a passion to present to board level stakeholders. The successful Candidate will:
Own the company forecasting process, making improvements as necessary
Take ownership for identifying impacts of proposed business changes
Senior stakeholder engagement
Analyse financial performance against budgets
Redesign and build the models required to analyse the results
Create a 3-5 year plan for the business
Requirements:
Qualified Accountant (ACA/ICAEW or equivalent) with post qualification within insurance
Extensive FP&A experience within an autonomous role
Analytical mind set with strong attention to detail and numeracy skills
Extensive experience of engaging with senior stakeholders and challenging complex financial data
