An exciting opportunity for a Senior PMO Analyst to make an impact on a significant global transformation programme for a renowned insurance group.
Past experience working on large change initiatives and programmes is highly valued as this will be an autonomous role where you can hit the ground running.
About the role:
Work closely with the Project Management team
Analyse and make recommendations on projects
Coordination of vendor management
Creating and providing comprehensive reports to management teams
Financial management
PMO governance
Maintain change forums
Support PMO with resource allocation
Maintain finances and adhere to internal standards
Create effective and professional presentations
SharePoint Admin
Maintain consistent communication to relevant stakeholders
Comply with the PRA and FCA conduct rules
Assist in the implementation of a governance process for the key Programme/Projects deliverable
Skills and Experience:
Past experience supporting the delivery of large transformation programmes
Understanding of end-to-end project management
Strong coordination skills
Ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels of the business
Proactive attitude
Excellent written and oral communication
Experience with MS Excel/Power BI
Experience with PPM Tools
