Senior Pricing Analyst

Senior Actuarial Analyst (Pricing): £50,000 - £75,000

A leading general insurer is seeking a Senior Actuarial Analyst to join their pricing team. The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of Pricing to provide and support portfolio profitability analysis, the building new pricing models, and the building relationships with underwriting and claims.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide analysis to the Head of Pricing
• Portfolio profitability analysis
• Maintenance, calibration of and building new pricing models
• Individual risk experience rating
• Building relationships with underwriting and claims
• Input into the premium risk parameterisation process for the internal model
• Ensure risk management and maintaining a robust control environment is incorporated

Experience:

• 2 yrs + general Insurance actuarial experience
• Any experience in one or more of the following: Excel / VBA, R, Access / SQL, Word
