When you join us as a Senior Consultant, you will have a defined specialist area to build your talent pool whilst also managing the relationship with clients. Over our years, we’ve built established relationships with some of the largest insurance firms within our markets. You will have introductions and ownership over your relationships with Line Managers, with support if and when needed. Through your understanding of the market, you will be able to assist your clients in developing their teams via consultation and the introduction of the right people.

As a specialist insurance recruitment firm, you would join one of our 8 verticals across;

• Actuarial
• CAT Modelling & Exposure Management
• Compliance
• Data & Analytics
• Finance
• Risk Management
• Technology & Change
• Underwriting, Broking & Claims

You would be joining a firm that’s just reached their 9th consecutive quarter and have grown over 30% in the previous 12 months, whilst still retaining the culture that’s truly made us a team.

Your responsibilities would include:

• Client relationship management
• New business development
• Candidate attraction through a range of methods
• Recruitment project and process management
• Contingent, exclusive, and retained search methods
• Vacancy marketing and advertising
• Attending market networking events
• Ongoing development of market knowledge

• Previous experience of a recruitment CRM
