An opportunity for a Senior Technical Business Analyst has become available with a Lloyd's Syndicate to join the Operations department reporting directly into te Head of Operations. As a senior, you will have exposure to the C-Suite working closely with them as well as overseeing and guiding other members of the team.
You will be delivering on a number of IT Change and integration projects including process improvements on the underwriting work-flow, implementation of new tools, implementing a central messaging hub, modernising reserving processes and automating manual processes.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate workshops to understand business requirements
- Provide analysis to understand requirements and business processes to identify solutions for improvements
- Work closely with the business and IT, understanding technical teams, being familiar with tools and technologies used
The ideal candidate will have the following experience:
- Business Analyst from a Lloyd's/London Market background
- Experience delivering on change and technical projects, ideally underwriting transformation projects
- Process Improvement skills, Agile and Lean Six Sigma methodology experience
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
