We are currently recruiting for a Senior technical specialist to join a leading specialty (re)insurance group. The role focuses on providing support for non-standard technical projects, requiring strong statistical skills and competencies using SQL, Power Bi, VBA, R/Python. Understanding different reinsurance structures, particularly non-traditional ones, is essential. Responsibilities include assisting in designing non-standard reinsurance treaties, leading Exposure Management activities, providing technical support, contributing to process improvement and engaging in additional tasks like validating catastrophe models and staying updated on scientific developments in Catastrophe Management. This role plays a crucial part in driving analytical change and supporting decision-making processes within the organisation.
