A leading Global Insurance Firm is seeking a talented and experienced wordings specialist that speaks either French or German. Join our esteemed client as a Senior Multilingual Wordings Specialist and play a pivotal role in shaping innovative solutions for specialty risks. We are particularly seeking candidates with strong French language skills. German speakers are also highly valued.
Responsibilities:
Wordings:
Utilize exceptional drafting skills to create policy wordings and endorsements aligned with business and underwriting objectives.
Collaborate with focus groups to address coverage issues during underwriting and negotiation, ensuring successful closure of business opportunities.
Provide high-quality support and advice, assisting focus groups in achieving their sales and service goals.
Offer guidance on underwriting, product development, and coverage matters, showcasing expertise in the field.
Review legal documents, such as confidentiality agreements and warranty statements, to facilitate the underwriting process.
Effectively communicate with brokers, insured parties, and external stakeholders, including external counsel.
Collaborate with various internal stakeholders to coordinate projects and ensure smooth operations.
Person Specification:
A law degree is preferred.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Self-motivated team player with the ability to work independently.
Fluent French language skills are preferred. German language skills are also highly valued.
Previous experience handling wordings is required.
