Are you a Service Desk Engineer with experience in Insurance or Financial Services industries? This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team, provide exceptional customer service, troubleshoot technical issues, and contribute to a collaborative environment. Responsibilities:
Respond to issues via phone, email, chat, and tickets.
Maintain clear communication and updates on ticket status.
Communicate technical details to clients of diverse backgrounds and technical ability.
Create comprehensive documentation within the ticketing system.
Mentor peers and contribute to the knowledge base.
Troubleshoot, repair, and install computer devices.
Perform intermediate network troubleshooting.
Escalate complex issues and ensure proper documentation.
Participate in and lead IT projects.
Educate customers on technical topics and systems.
Analyze trouble ticket trends and propose solutions.
Requirements:
Associates degree or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
Prior experience in IT field within Insurance or Financial Services.
Expert knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Server, and M365.
Experience with Active Directory
Familiarity with Apple systems and mobile devices.
Microsoft and M365 certifications desired.
Cisco and VMware certifications advantageous.
ITIL framework familiarity.
Excellent customer service, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Technical writing ability.
