This junior underwriting assistant position sits within the Property team of a Global Insurance company based in their office in the city.
You will be part of a collaborative team where you will provide support to their experienced underwriters and gain exposure to all aspects of the underwriting process. As a confident communicator you will be given the opportunity to attend meetings alongside the underwriters and develop your broker relationships.
As a recent graduate or school leaver with ideally 6-12 months insurance experience you will be looking for a junior role in the London Insurance Market where you can learn and develop your skills further. You must be able to demonstrate a genuine interest in underwriting and your motivations for pursuing your career in the industry.
Full training and study support of the CII will be provided to aid your development within the role and company.
