The Underwriting, Broking and Claims team is looking to hire a Senior Consultant to join the desk. The team has a strong client base in the Insurance Industry but also looks at wider UK and International clients. It’s a very warm desk and there are live roles to work for new joiners.

Requirements:
2-6 years recruitment experience (Ideally in insurance disciplines but not essential)
Insurance market experience would be preferred – if not then related industries / interest in insurance and the City
360 background
Salary: £30,000 - £45,000 (depending on experience)
UBC Team
Primarily focused on EC3 / Square Mile roles within Lloyd’s, company markets and broking for all front and back-office positions
All roles will be mid to senior level (although we do sometimes get junior requirements from long established clients) giving a healthy average fees size
Strong and competitive commission scheme with extra bonuses given for hitting sales figures at £200k, £300k and £400k
